Individuals that directly volunteer data: This Policy applies to Company's collection, use, and disclosure of the personal information of visitors to our website and any individual that directly volunteers information https://jobs.888.com and http://www.sparkware.ro (including any subdomains; the "Website"), such as job applicants and recruits (“Job Applicants”).
Visitors: In addition, when someone visits the Website (“Visitor(s)”), we collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the site. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visitors to our website. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any personally identifying information from any source. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Company only processes personal information in a way that is compatible with and relevant for the purpose for which it was collected or authorized.
When you apply for a role with company:

  • We use the personal information that you submit to us on our recruitment portal to decide on your suitability for the role that you have applied for.
  • If you are successful and accept the role we will use your personal information provided during the online application process to carry out pre-employment screening (further details of which will be provided to you at the time) and this information will also form part of your employment file.

We also use your personal information:

  • To provide you with any other information, products and services that you request from us;
  • To ensure that content from our Website is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your device and to fulfill other business purposes, such as product development and website administration;
  • To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Website, when you choose to do so;

Please note that our businesses, as well as our trusted partners and service providers, are located around the world. Any information that we collect (including your personal information) is stored and processed in various jurisdictions around the world (including in the United States), for the purposes detailed in this Policy. Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). In such cases we will transfer your data only to such countries as approved by the European Commission as providing adequate level of data protection, or enter into legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
Whenever Company shares personal information originating in the EEA or Switzerland with a Company entity outside the EEA or Switzerland, it will do so on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses or the Privacy Shield Framework.

Visitors and Job Applicants: If you reside in the EU (or in other jurisdiction that affords you with the below rights), you may request to:

  • Receive personal information you directly volunteer to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

  • Request erasure of your personal information.
